Fort Wayne Fire Department promoteed 12 firefighters to the rank of Lieutenant at 10 a.m., Tuesday, July 11, at the Fort Wayne City Clerks Office. The individuals promoted were: Brian Armstrong, Timothy Bail, Brett Brown, Richard Byrd, Thomas Helmkamp, Joel Hoffman, Steven Horn, Charles Lill, Timothy Maloney, Steven Neal, Adam O'Connor and Todd Prindle.
