New Engines are Starting to Arrive

Two of the new engines ordered from American LaFrance have arrived with two more expected by the end of the month.

These engines are part of a bulk purchasing that the city entered into with American LeFrance. The FWFD will be receiving a number of new engines and a ladder truck in the next coming years to fulfill this contract.

The placement for the first four engines will be: Station 9, Station 10, Station 16, and Station 17.
