House Fire

February 5, 2012 - The Fort Wayne Fire Department responded to a reported structure fire at 1415 Eagle Street.  On arrival the first unit reported smoke coming from the second floor and roof of the two story residential house.  Crews pulled an attack line to the second floor and found fire in a bedroom and attic.  The crews quickly extinguished the fire.  This home was not occupied and was the scene of a previous fire 12 hours earlier.  Today's fire is a rekindle from the earlier blaze.  No one was home at the time of the fire, and no injuries were reported.  The FWFD was assisted by the FWPD and Three Rivers Ambulance Authority.
