January 26, 2014 - The Fort Wayne Fire Department responded to a structure fire at 4610 Coldwater Rd.  Upon arrival crews found heavy smoke and flames coming from the one story building with extension through the roof.  Firefighters were forced to fight the fire defensively due to the heavy fire involvement and compromised structural integrity.  Crews battled strong winds and worked to contain the blaze and to ensure the fire did not spread to neighboring buildings.  The building was destroyed in the fire.  No one was inside at the time of the blaze and no injuries were reported.  The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
