September 14, 2012 - The Fort Wayne Fire Department responded to a reported structure fire at 902 Putnam St. at New Fellowship Church.  Upon arrival crews found smoke and fire showing from the ground floor windows.  Firefighters made entry and located the fire in the basement area of the structure and were able to quickly contain and extinguish the flames.  No one was inside the building at the time of the blaze and no injuries were reported.  The structure sustained minor fire damage with moderate smoke and water damage.  The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
