April 16, 2013 - The Fort Wayne Fire Department responded to the report of several buildings on fire in the area of Ventura and Winter Street. When crews arrived they found a two car detached garage at 6009 Winter Street fully involved threatening extension to two neighboring buildings. Firefighters were able to contain the fire to the garage with only minor damage to the exteriors of the surrounding structures. No injuries were reported. The cause of the blaze remains under investigation.
