Lazer X Building Fire

November 5, 2015 - Engine 6 responded to a fire alarm at Lazer X, 244 East Fernhill Avenue. Upon arrival, the engine crew found the building fully charged with smoke and reported a working building fire. Additional fire suppression personnel were requested due to the size of the structure. Upon arrival at the scene, the Incident Commander immediately declared a defensive attack due to the amount of fire present throughout the building. There was no indication of occupants in the structure. Crews continued to defensively attack the fire for over two hours until it was declared under control at 10:03 am. There was one minor firefighter injury on scene. The fire is under investigation.
