The firefighters to be promoted to Captain are Kevin Sneiderwine and Elbert Starks, Jr. who will serve in the Operations Division. Scott Alday will be promoted to Captain/Investigator and will serve in the Investigation Division.
FWFD promotes three Captains
Fort Wayne Fire Department will promote two firefighters to the rank of Captain and one firefighter to the rank of Captain/Investigator at 10 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 8, 2009, in the City Clerk’s Office, Room 122, City-County Building, 100 East Main Street.
