Fort Wayne Fire Department promoted two firefighters to the rank of Captain and one firefighter to the rank of Captain/Investigator today at the City Clerk’s Office, in the City-County Building.

The firefighters promoted to Captain were Kevin Sneiderwine and Elbert Starks, Jr. who will serve in the Operations Division. Scott Alday was promoted to Captain/Investigator and will serve in the Investigation Division.
