September 28, 2013 - The Fort Wayne Fire Department responded to a structure fire at 1606 Hobson Road. On arrival crews found heavy smoke and fire showing from both the first and second floor of the unit. Crews quickly made entry and worked to control the blaze. The adjacent four units (1610, 1608, 604 and 1602) were protected by the structure's fire stops and damage was limited to the fire unit. No one was home at the time of the fire. The cause of the blaze remains under investigation.
