October 12, 2011 – Police have a subject in custody following an arson investigation at the house fire at 2659 Indiana Ave.  Upon arrival at the scene, the Fort Wayne Fire Department found heavy smoke and fire involvement coming from the first floor.  The fire quickly spread through the second floor and attic area.  It took crews 30 minutes to control the blaze.  No injuries were reported. The home had been vacant for some time and was scheduled to be demolished.
