January 19, 2015 - The Fort Wayne Department responded to a report of someone seen in the river at Spy Run and State Street Bridge.  Units arrived on scene to find a female subject unconscious lying face down on top of the ice.  Firefighters quickly donned ice rescue suits and pulled the person to the riverbank within seven minutes of arrival.  The patient was transported to a local hospital.
