April 28, 2014 - The Fort Wayne Fire Department was called to a possible structure fire at 2826 Westview Ave.  Upon arrival crews found fire coming from a first floor bedroom window and the eaves of the one story structure.  Fire crews made entry to search for occupants while other firefighters extinguished the blaze.  It was determined the home was vacant and unoccupied.  Fire Investigators determined the fire was electrical and accidental in nature.  The structure sustained moderate fire and water damage with heavy smoke damage throughout.   The FWFD was assisted by TRAA, FWPD and AEP.  No injuries were reported.
