January 26, 2015 - The Fort Wayne Fire Department was called to a possible structure fire in the 2300 block of South Harrison. Crews arrived on scene and found smoke coming from a second floor window of the two story duplex. Three adults and three pets had already evacuated. Firefighters made entry and located a fire in an upstairs bedroom. They were able to contain the blaze and extinguish it in 28 minutes. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire remains under investigation. The Red Cross was called to assist the home's occupants.
